Title & History

Two Hearts was opened September 28th, 2005 and has been operated by Wapiko since the opening. Its title comes from the song "Two Hearts," found on the "LOVE for NANA" tribute album, sung by ZONE for Trapnest.

Design Information & Disclaimers

Design made entirely in Adobe Photoshop 7 and coded in Notepad with help on a couple parts from my dearest Jko. Top image is from the official NANA website, which is now gone. =/ The backing illustration is by tiyoko. Font used for the main title is Gigi, and below that and the menu buttons on the left are Century Gothic. I forget who did the butterfly and heart brushes to your right and left in the headers, unfortunately...if it was you and you want credit, email me please! The background is a self-modified version of one from The Inspiration Gallery. I redid the majority of the buttons with this design.

I have no affiliation with anybody involved with the NANA franchise, and no copyright infringement was intended in the making of this website. I'm not making any profit from this site - it is merely a fansite made by a fan for other fans.

Past Fashions

Here you can see what Two Hearts used to look like. My layouts are not to be duplicated or copied in any way! Doing that would just be rude.

This was the second design for Two Hearts, and I'm not sure words can describe just how proud of myself I was after making this. I thought it was gorgeous, haha~ And I suppose it was. But over time, especially by summer 2007, I grew tired of it and wished for something less bulky (the main image was almost 500kb) and with more organized coding. I wasn't happy with the codes either, and wanted instead both codes and a layout that could show my current design skill. This design was up from January 16th, 2006, to July 6th, 2008.

This was the first design for Two Hearts. It was a layout I very much threw together with little care, and it shows. I like pink and all, but this layout made my teeth hurt. I was also unhappy with the fact I'd used an image that wasn't from the film itself, but an interview with the two main cast members, Don't ask why I didn't use anything else... This design was up from September 28th, 2005 to January 16th, 2008.
