What is a fanlisting?

A fanlisting is simply put, an online list of fans for a certain subject. It's easy to join; all you need is a name, email address, and country. Your email isn't given out to third-parties and is needed only for database purposes. Most times, the only time you'll hear from the fanlisting owner is when the fanlisting has moved, being adopted out, or closed. There's no reason not to join!

Who is Olivia Benson?

Detective Olivia Benson is a fictional character on the Law & Order spinoff Special Victims Unit. Played by actress Mariska Hargitay, Olivia has been the show's main detective (along with her partner Elliot Stabler, played by Chris Meloni) since its debut in 1999. Olivia herself is the product of rape. As a child Olivia dealt with her alcoholic mother's abusive physical and emotional behavior toward her. Why Olivia Benson?

I can't even begin to explain the level of my adoration and love for Olivia. She's such a strong and confident woman and serves as a role model to other aspiring detectives, even though she is fiction. Oftentimes when I'm down, there's nothing more I need than to watch an episode of SVU that focuses on Olivia, and I'll be happy again. I know I sound like a dork, a geek even, but I love Olivia with all my heart.
