Sugar & Spice is owned by Wapiko and was opened June 27th, 2008. Layout made in Adobe Photoshop 7 and Imageready. Coded in Notepad with tables help from my mentor Jko. Background a self-modified one from 77words. I'm fairly sure the swirly dash lines I used in the header are from there too. Flower brush used in the header and footer made by me. Many images used on this site (codes, top image, footer for example) are from my own stock collections I've had for several years aside from a few I found recently at international PPG websites.

I have no affiliation with anybody involved in the making of The Powerpuff Girls, so I can't give anyone over there your messages. I make no profit from this website, so don't sue me. I'm broke anyway. D:
