1. You must provide a name/nickname (something realistic; anything with numbers will be edited (i.e. Jane23), nothing like "Too Cute" either - it will be changed to John or Jane, depending on my mood), a valid email address, and the country you live in. A website is optional.
2. If you have a website and want it linked in the database, you must first link back here. Buttons can be found in the "Codes" section. If you direct-link them (linking to them directly on this server and not uploading to your own space) I won't include your URL and I will send you an email telling you to take my code down.
3. If you have a blog (like Livejournal or Xanga) and the code is not on the main page, please link me to the page it is on in the URL area of the form, not the comments. I WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT MYSPACE PAGES.
